Holiday Jazz Trolley December 4th
Ride the Jazz Trolley for live music at eight restaurants and clubs in downtown Sarasota December 4th. Park at the Municipal Auditorium and board the Hop on! Hop off trolley to visit as many of the venues as you wish. You can park downtown and catch the trolley at designated stops near the venues. Wristbands required for admission and to ride trolley. Siesta Beach Seafood & Music Festival December 6th -8th
Come share in the festivities of the 4th Annual Siesta Beach Seafood & Music Festival on Siesta Beach, FL. This event will offer a variety of seafood, freshly cooked on site by local restaurants and food purveyors. Seafood dishes are prepared using only the freshest local and sustainable ocean resources from the Florida Gulf Coast. Also select from meat and vegetarian offerings and a diverse menu of side dishes and desserts. The event begins Friday December 6th with hours noon-9pm and continues Saturday 11am-9pm and Sunday 11am-6pm. Bring family and friends to enjoy fresh seafood and outstanding live musical performances. General admission is $5.

Gingerbread Festival December 6th - December 15th
Girl Scouts of Gulfcoast Florida is excited to present the 2019 Gingerbread Festival. Join in this unique, family-friendly event at The Mall at UTC, from December 6th –15th, 2019. Come marvel at this holiday wonderland featuring gingerbread houses crafted by more than 150 local schools, youth groups, businesses, and nonprofit organizations. 22nd Annual Jingle and Jog 5K Run/Walk December 7th
Saturday, December 7th join in the 22nd Annual Jingle and Jog 5K Run/Walk benefitting The Haven. From humble beginnings in 1997 with a little over 200 runners, the Jingle & Jog 5k has become a festive marquee event in the Sarasota community for two decades. With over 6,500 finishers, you’ll want to add your name to the list! All funds raised by the event benefit the mission of The Haven, an established non-profit with a 64-year legacy of providing programs and services for children and adults with disabilities. Be sure to sign up before race day, as the entry fee will increase the day of the race.

Downtown Sarasota Block Party and Pineapple Drop Celebration December 31st
Ring in the New Year at Downtown Sarasota Block Party and Pineapple Drop Celebration! The party kicks off at Monday, December 31st at 1:00pm. There will be amusement rides and games at 5 Points Park, live music at Main St. & Lemon, and food, drinks and full bar concessions. All followed by a fantastic firework display on Sarasota Bay!
