Sarasota Manatee Mom presents our 3rd annual, "Cookies with Santa" event tomorrow! Would you like a great photo with Santa for your Christmas card while keeping your family safe? Come to this event!

Santa will be located in his own, quiet room and ready for photos with your family. You can choose to sit six feet from Santa all the way to sitting on his lap.

Showfolks Holiday Circus - December 12-13
Today and tomorrow celebrate the holidays with a unique outdoor walk-through Circus Experience.
Dozens of local and international circus artists will come together to present their acts to the Sarasota community for two full days of fun and excitement. Attendees are welcomed to walk through the festival grounds and enjoy a full range of circus performances, exhibits, food and family friendly activities. Additionally, the kids can meet Santa Claus. 🎅

The Rosemary Indie Market - December 19
The Rosemary Indie Market is back at Mandeville Beer Garden every 3rd Saturday now through April. Stop by for a day of shopping with local vendors while live music fills the air. Grab some food and libations to enjoy in the beer garden. Their vendors will sell handmade goods, vintage, jewelry, art, clothing, snacks and desserts throughout the market.

Santa Claus Visits South Siesta Key- December 20
Santa Claus is coming to town! Bring your children to see and take photos with Santa at the South end of Siesta Key. A small gift for each child will be available while supplies last. Social distancing practices will be in place and masks are encouraged. Santa will be at Daiquiri Deck South Siesta Key, just a short walk away from Midnight Cove. Bring the kids and get merry for the holidays!

Holiday Jazz Trolley December 4th

Ride the Jazz Trolley for live music at eight restaurants and clubs in downtown Sarasota December 4th. Park at the Municipal Auditorium and board the Hop on! Hop off trolley to visit as many of the venues as you wish. You can park downtown and catch the trolley at designated stops near the venues. Wristbands required for admission and to ride trolley. Siesta Beach Seafood & Music Festival December 6th -8th

Come share in the festivities of the 4th Annual Siesta Beach Seafood & Music Festival on Siesta Beach, FL. This event will offer a variety of seafood, freshly cooked on site by local restaurants and food purveyors. Seafood dishes are prepared using only the freshest local and sustainable ocean resources from the Florida Gulf Coast. Also select from meat and vegetarian offerings and a diverse menu of side dishes and desserts. Gingerbread Festival December 6th - December 15th

Girl Scouts of Gulfcoast Florida is excited to present the 2019 Gingerbread Festival. Join in this unique, family-friendly event at The Mall at UTC, from December 6th –15th, 2019. Come marvel at this holiday wonderland featuring gingerbread houses crafted by more than 150 local schools, youth groups, businesses, and nonprofit organizations. 22nd Annual Jingle and Jog 5K Run/Walk December 7th

Saturday, December 7th join in the 22nd Annual Jingle and Jog 5K Run/Walk benefitting The Haven. From humble beginnings in 1997 with a little over 200 runners, the Jingle & Jog 5k has become a festive marquee event in the Sarasota community for two decades. With over 6,500 finishers, you’ll want to add your name to the list! All funds raised by the event benefit the mission of The Haven, an established non-profit with a 64-year legacy of providing programs and services for children and adults with disabilities. Be sure to sign up before race day, as the entry fee will increase the day of the race.
