At Midnight Cove, the health and safety of our Rental Owners, Guests and Team Members is our top priority. We are closely monitoring the evolving COVID-19 situation through government, state and local officials. According to the most recent information from the Centers for Disease Control (CDC), for most people, the immediate risk of being exposed to the virus that causes COVID-19 is thought to be low.
We want you to feel confident when traveling to Midnight Cove. As a result, we have enhanced some of our cleaning procedures in the interest of our Owners’, Guests’ and Team Members’ health and safety.
Here are the actions we have put into place:
- Situating hand sanitizers in each rental unit, near each elevator, and in common areas.
- Implemented more frequent cleaning of common area surfaces, such as door knobs and counter tops. These cleanings are performed several times throughout the day by housekeeping and office staff.
- We have also incorporated these precautions with the housekeeping companies performing all departure cleans.
Rest assured, we are monitoring this developing situation closely, staying in regular contact with federal agencies, health organizations, and other experts.
